I had always viewed yoga as a physical practice for keeping my body strong and healthy. After an event that completely disconnected my thinking brain from my body, I turned to yoga for more than a workout. Through safe studio practice, I was able to reconnect to my body again and feel whole after so many years. It was then that I found my mission within yoga: to support others in their own healing journeys and create safe environments that allow for unification of mind, body, and soul. After a life-changing teacher training through Kinship Yoga School in Los Angeles, I am excited to continue the work for myself and so many others who may struggle to feel safe within their own body. As beings, we are capable of so many wonderful things. I am honored to walk among you as you explore the totality of your self.
